I don’t know about you all, but there are days when the last thing I want to worry about is dinner preparation. Having an easy and quick dinner option definitely makes life much easier while we are getting used to the new schedule again.

With no fuss at all, (you don’t even have to thaw them!), and the kiddos can help place them on top! Just preheat the oven to 425°F. Place the fish sticks on a baking tray. In just 15 minutes crunchy and tasty fish sticks were ready.

Crispy Fish Burger: Upgrade everyone’s favorite fish finger sandwich and make this crispy fish burger with just a few ingredients but very tasty for sure!.
Prepare the Gorton’s Fish sticks as directed on the package.
Stuff the burger buns with thinly sliced cucumbers, shredded lettuce, tomatoes, sliced onions. Place the crispy fish sticks and top it with mayonnaise or honey mustard sauce, tangy-sweet ketchup (Your Choice!)
These burgers are bound to be a big hit with kids.
Fish stick Wraps This refreshing wrap is great as a grab & go item or main dish. Full of veggies, crispy fish fingers, and flavored with creamy fillings. This wrap is healthy and delicious. Kids are sure to love these.
- Make the creamy dressing by combining all the ingredients together into a small bowl. You will need sour cream, mayo, chopped cilantro, sliced green onions, fresh lime juice, and a few seasonings. Stir it all together until it’s combined well. (If you are wanting to cut some of the fat from the dressing you can try replacing the mayo with plain or Greek yogurt.)
- Now comes assembling the wraps. Lay a large flour tortilla onto a plate. Place fish fingers onto the middle. Add shredded lettuce, chopped tomatoes, Thinly slice cucumbers, and sliced avocado. You can add shredded carrots, Spinach, pickles, olives, etc.
- Add a spoon full of creamy dressing. Fold in the sides and then roll up like a burrito. Cut in the middle and serve.
