Help Your kids see the good side of making Mistake..

Mistakes are a part of life, we take action and we learn from them. Mistakes are not something you should regret, it all happens for a reason, there is a purpose for and behind everything.

It’s really important to teach young children that mistakes can be turned into something beautiful. They need to learn to value their mistakes, be courageous, take good risks, and not be afraid to fail. Mistakes are inevitable for both kids and adults alike. Still, when they happen, however accidental or purposeful, the way we respond makes a difference.

Be forgiving of yourself when you mess up.

Let them know that you are not perfect and that you use your mistakes as opportunities to reflect on how you can do better the next time.

Be forgiving of them when they make mistakes.

Mistakes are a necessary part of growing and learning and being human.   No one is perfect, and kids need to realize they can never nor should try to be. No one gets to their goals immediately—we go through many mistakes and plenty of practice.

If kids are afraid of mistakes, they’re afraid of trying something new.

When a child makes a mistake, they see the consequences of their actions. It allows them to take responsibility for the mistakes that they make and learn decision-making skills.
